Communication & Customer Service

We're all human. As a small business owner, I will do my very best to make sure you, my customer, are satisfied. I have spent most of my working life in retail and customer service, so I've had plenty of experience finding solutions for a plethora of issues. If you have an issue or a question, you are welcome to contact me with a collaborative attitude. I will return the respect and patience tenfold.

Please allow up to 24 hours for initial response and order submission.

Shipping

+ Unless otherwise noted, Linen + Leaves provides FREE shipping to customers in the United States on most items excluding house plants. Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping regardless.

+ International shipping is not currently available.
+ Because orders are fulfilled by multiple suppliers, shipping times can not be guaranteed and will be dependent on supplier ability. Most suppliers can fulfill orders in 3-5 business days, and you will relevant communication.

+ If you feel that you did not receive adequate communication regarding ship times, or have a question about your order, please contact me with a collaborative attitude. I will do my best to help you get a clear answer!

Returns

Since sustainability is of utmost importance, I will do everything I can to minimize wasted shipping on returns.

In most cases, returns can be processed within 14 days of receipt. Please use to contact form to submit a request, and be prepared to provide a detailed description and relevant photos if there is a product defect.

House plants damaged during shipping are not eligible for refunds or replacements at this time. However, in most cases it is possible to file a claim with the delivery service.
